The rain is taking a toll on my tomatoes, too. I think this is Septoria Leaf Spot. A fungus that likes wet conditions. I hope I have enough good leaves still to get some tomatoes. Only two of my four plants seem to be badly affected. So far.

Alton Brown let me down big time. See those corrections I’ve written in? I did that after I tried to make the pizza dough as written. Know what the recipe called for? 8 cups of flour. That’s a big difference. I spent a good chunk of the afternoon screwing with it, adding water about a tablespoon at a time to get it workable. I couldn’t figure out where the heck I could have screwed up. Finally I googled it. Thanks a lot, Alton.

We were visiting my parents, so you get a picture of my mom and the baby. Sorry. Kinda makes me laugh how he’s got his cheeks puffed out, though.

This is the pier by my parents’ house. I hate taking picture in public because I feel like a dork. I’m trying to get over that. So I took this picture. Then those girls you can see there made some smart ass comments as they walked by me. Hmph.

More ghetto summer fun. I found this pool at Dollar General. It’s 6 ft in diameter. Which is really cool because that means I can lay down in it. Heaven.
